1.1 D\u00fczenleyici kurum, insan faaliyetlerinin yasal olarak d\u00fczenlenmesinden sorumlu olan bir kamu kurulu\u015fu veya devlet kurumudur.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.2 D\u00fczenleyici kurumun rol\u00fc, standartlar\u0131 olu\u015fturmak ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek ve bunlara tutarl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde uyulmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. \u00c7e\u015fitli d\u00fczenleyici kurumlar, ula\u015f\u0131m, e\u011fitim ve g\u0131da ve ila\u00e7 sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 dahil olmak \u00fczere ekonominin ve kamu ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n farkl\u0131 sekt\u00f6rlerini denetler.<\/span><\/p>\n
